Abstract

This article examines the key aspects of innovation and creativity in the modern workplace. It highlights the importance of innovation as a major factor influencing competitiveness and long-term organizational success. The paper analyzes the role of corporate culture, leadership, teamwork, and design thinking in cultivating an innovation-friendly environment. Special attention is given to the contribution of cross-functional teams and Research and Development departments in generating and implementing new ideas.
