Значення та місце штучного інтелекту в процесі формування інтелектуального капіталу закладів вищої освіти

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу ролі штучного інтелекту у формуванні інтелектуального капіталу закладів вищої освіти в умовах цифровізації суспільства. Дослідження висвітлює потенціал ШІ-технологій для трансформації освітнього середовища та управління знаннями. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю інтеграції інноваційних технологій у структуру ІК ЗВО для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та суспільної цінності освітніх інституцій. Метою є визначення місця та значення ШІ у процесі формування ІК ЗВО, зокрема через аналіз взаємодії людських і організаційних інтелектуальних активів, а також розробка моделей для ефективного використання ШІ-технологій в освітніх і управлінських практиках. Дослідження встановило, що ШІ сприяє персоналізації навчання, автоматизації управлінських процесів і підвищенню ефективності формування ІК ЗВО. Запропоновано модель "ШІ+", яка демонструє синергетичну взаємодію складових ІК, а також уніфіковану модель управління кадровим потенціалом. Виявлено, що ШІ-технології посилюють суспільну цінність ІК через створення додаткової вартості та підтримку талантів.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role of artificial intelligence in the formation of intellectual capital of higher education institutions in the context of the digitalization of society. The study highlights the potential of AI technologies for the transformation of the educational environment and knowledge management. In the context of global digitalization and the accelerated development of information technologies, AI is becoming a key tool for improving the quality of education, optimizing management processes and forming adaptive educational ecosystems. The relevance of the study is due to the need to integrate innovative technologies into the structure of the intellectual capital of higher education institutions to ensure the competitiveness and social value of educational institutions. The goal is to determine the place and significance of AI in the process of forming the intellectual capital of higher education institutions, in particular through the analysis of the interaction of human and organizational intellectual assets, as well as the development of models for the effective use of AI technologies in educational and management practices. The study uses a systematic approach to analyzing the structure of the intellectual capital of higher education institutions, which includes human, organizational and relationship assets. A neural network approach, in particular the Hopfield model, was applied to model human-machine interaction, as well as an M-network for semantic analysis of educational and management processes. Methods of multi-criteria analysis, big data processing (Big Data) and digital analytics were used. The study found that AI contributes to the personalization of learning, automation of management processes and increasing the efficiency of the formation of the IC of HEIs. The "AI+" model was proposed, which demonstrates the synergistic interaction of the components of the IC, as well as a unified model of human resource management. It was found that AI technologies enhance the social value of the IC through the creation of added value and support for talents. Further research involves improving neural network models to stabilize their work in educational systems, developing adaptive algorithms for predicting educational trajectories and deepening the analysis of ethical aspects of integrating AI into the academic environment. Particular attention will be paid to issues of digital literacy and interdisciplinary interaction in the digital economy.
