Розробка та оптимізація методу екстракції цитрусової шкірки, стандартизація та оцінка антимікробної активності

Abstract

The qualification work is devoted to the study of the extraction method of hesperidin from citrus peel. Analysis of existing extraction methods was carried out, optimal conditions for the isolation of hesperidin were chosen, and its purity was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The antimicrobial activity of the obtained product was studied. The results of the work confirm the effectiveness of the developed technique and demonstrate the high potential of hesperidin as a natural antimicrobial agent. The paper presents the technological scheme of the optimized extraction method, as well as the justification of the choice of this method. The work also includes a thorough description of the antimicrobial analysis of hesperidin isolated from citrus fruits.
