| dc.description.abstract | The technology of obtaining a polyolefin film by the extrusion method has been developed. As the leading technological equipment in the project, a PE extruder 90x33 and co-extruders 63x30 were used. The technological production involves processing granulated PE into a three-layer film with specified properties. The layout of the technological equipment is taken into account, taking into account its most rational use from the point of view of the passage of raw materials and materials through technological transitions. Super concentrates (anti-blocks) of such manufacturers AP Slip PE MB 102119 (AMPACET), CAB 003 PL (TECHNOCOM), PE 0615 F (TYKUN), EP PA 38 (Ener Plastics) were studied in the work. Issues of fire safety and working conditions at the enterprise were developed. This workshop complies with building regulations. The production premises are designed by sanitary standards, considering technological, technical, and economic requirements and requirements for building construction by industrial methods. | uk |
