Analytical studies demonstrate that polymer-based intumescent (reactive) coatings occupy the largest share of the global fire protection materials market. These coatings provide high fire-retardant efficiency and enable the implementation of complex architectural designs and innovative solutions in modern construction. Therefore, the primary focus of scientific and applied research should be on improving thermal stability and fire-retardant potential of intumescent systems and hybrid coatings. qually relevant is enhancing technological, physical, and mechanical properties of reactive coatings in order to simplify application, reduce the cost of fire protection treatment, and extend their service life. The object of this study is the regularities of formation of fire-retardant and rheological properties of intumescent polymer compositions. The subject of the study is the technology of polymer fire-retardant coatings for steel structures with improved fire-retardant and rheological characteristics. The aim of the dissertation is to develop a reactive intumescent fire-retardant coating technology with improved rheological properties capable of providing at least 150 min fire resistance class to steel structures. The work proposes an algorithm for controlling the rheological characteristics of intumescent paint, which ensures its application in a wet layer of 1.0–2.5 mm on metal surfaces with the obtaining of specified functional properties in accordance with the required fire resistance class. It is substantiated that free legal assistance in the context of the activities of the bar is a state guarantee of the implementation of the right to professional free legal assistance by creating conditions for the organization and provision of such assistance free of charge in order to ensure the exercise of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen, their protection and restoration in case of violation. The special features of free legal aid in the context of the activities of the bar are highlighted: 1) the bar as a state guarantee of the implementation of the right to professional free legal assistance; 2) the organization of activities by the bar in the sphere of providing free legal assistance; 3) the provision of professional free legal assistance by lawyers; 4) the independence of the bar in the sphere of implementing the right to professional free legal assistance. Evolutionary changes in forms, silhouettes, decorative finishing and stylistic trends in men's suits were identified. Modern trends in the use of decoration in men's suits were investigated to create harmonious stylistic integrity of collections. The typology of consumers was systematized and the principles of forming the assortment of men's clothing collections were identified. The object of the study is author's collections of men's clothing of the 20th - early 21st centuries. The subject of the study is modern design approaches, methods of decorative finishing in author's collections of men's clothing. The chronological boundaries of the study cover the 20th - early 21st centuries, some aspects of the study concern different periods in the history of men's suits and fashion. The purpose of the study is to perform a comprehensive art historical analysis of modern design approaches and decoration methods for men's clothing collections in Ukrainian and world contexts. The process of forming a fashionable men's clothing collection is studied as a complex multi-level process that combines a creative design idea and strategic planning. The principles of forming modern men's clothing collections are established, including their structure, assortment, compositional and constructive solutions and decorative finishing. The principles of forming the assortment structure of collections are considered, the role of basic, accent and models with high commercial potential is determined, and the collections are classified into image, commercial and regular. The collections of leading foreign men's clothing brands are analyzed and the features of the ratio of shoulder and belt products, the balance between basic, formal and accent models, as well as the importance of accessories in forming a holistic image are revealed. In the dissertation a normative model of style of professional communication of psychologists was proposed. This model contains general typology of styles (contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic and creative-tolerant). Each style consists of psycho-physiological, behavioral, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components and structural elements, which are in each component. During the experiment we proposed a program to enhance the process of the development of individual style of professional communication of future psychologists. This program consists of semantic, operational and reflexive blocks. In the process of experiment we developed and tested psychological training “The development of qualities to the professional communication of students of psychological specialties”. Exercises tailored to the training, focused primarily on the development of skills which match the formation of psycho-physiological, behavioral, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components of the contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic, creative-tolerant communicative styles of psychologists which in their totality constitute the individual style of professional communication of the specialist. Based on the complex of diagnostic procedures it was carried out the experimental research of the development of style of professional communication of future psychologists. The criterias of such development were: developing of students’ communicative skills, communicative and organizational skills; formation of needs in communication, high motivation to develop communicative skills and motivational orientations in interpersonal communications, high-level communicative control and ability to self-regulation in communication, personal communicative tolerance, communicative and social competence, availability of professional communicative style features of future, which determine the development of the individual style of professional communication of specialists (creativity, personal creativity, styles of thinking, emotional intelligence, empathy, the ability to participate in the process of policommunication and the development of professional reflection, etc.), the development of skills which are included into psycho-physiological, coordinative, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components of contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic, creative-tolerant styles of professional communication of psychologists. In the dissertation a normative model of style of professional communication of psychologists was proposed. This model contains general typology of styles (contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic and creative-tolerant). Each style consists of psycho-physiological, behavioral, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components and structural elements, which are in each component. During the experiment we proposed a program to enhance the process of the development of individual style of professional communication of future psychologists. This program consists of semantic, operational and reflexive blocks. In the process of experiment we developed and tested psychological training “The development of qualities to the professional communication of students of psychological specialties”. Exercises tailored to the training, focused primarily on the development of skills which match the formation of psycho-physiological, behavioral, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components of the contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic, creative-tolerant communicative styles of psychologists which in their totality constitute the individual style of professional communication of the specialist.Based on the complex of diagnostic procedures it was carried out the experimental research of thedevelopment of style of professional communication of future psychologists. The criterias of such development were: developing of students’ communicative skills, communicative and organizational skills; formation of needs in communication, high motivation to develop communicative skills and motivational orientations in interpersonal communications, high-level communicative control and ability to self-regulation in communication, personal communicative tolerance, communicative and social competence, availability of professional communicative style features of future, which determine the development of the individual style of professional communication of specialists (creativity, personal creativity, styles of thinking, emotional intelligence, empathy, the ability to participate in the process of policommunication and the development of professional reflection, etc.), the development of skills which are included into psycho-physiological, coordinative, emotive, cognitive and reflexive components of contact-adaptive, incentive-coordinative, congruent-altruistic, creative-tolerant styles of professional communication of psychologists. According to the results of the experiment we proposed the conditions of the development of style of professional communication of future psychologists: facilitation of students’ communicative skills and abilities; formation of needs of future psychologists to organize the process of productive communication; the development of creative potential of the individuality of students, their creativity, emotional intelligence, professional reflection, personal and communicative tolerance, communicative and social competence, high levels of thinking of each type, empathy; the development of high level of skills which are in styles of professional communication of psychologists and others. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю створення ефективних технологій циклічної переробки ПВХ, які відповідають принципам сталого розвитку та циркулярної економіки. ПВХ є одним із найпоширеніших полімерів, відходи якого становлять значну екологічну проблему через низьку термостійкість і складний хімічний склад. Актуальною задачею є не лише перероблення відходів, а й розроблення технологій багаторазової циклічної переробки первинного ПВХ, що забезпечують стабільність його властивостей. Це потребує раціонізації складу композицій та використання ефективних фізичних модифікаторів, таких як стабілізаторів, лубрикантів, пластифікаторів і наповнювачів, які підвищують термостійкість полімеру та дозволяють уникнути його деградації під час повторного переплавлення. The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and applied problem, which consists in the development of methods for the physical modification of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) during its cyclic reprocessing in order to ensure the stability of the physicochemical, rheological, and mechanical properties of the material under repeated thermal loading. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to develop effective technologies for cyclic PVC reprocessing that comply with the principles of sustainable development and the circular economy. PVC is one of the most widely used polymers, the waste of which poses a significant environmental challenge due to its low thermal stability and complex chemical composition. An urgent task is not only the processing of PVC waste but also the development of technologies for the multiple cyclic reprocessing of virgin PVC that ensure the stability of its properties. This requires the rational optimization of composite formulations and the use of effective physical modifiers, such as stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, and fillers, which increase the thermal stability of the polymer and prevent its degradation during repeated remelting.
